Musik ohne Copyright (Copyright im Internet verletzt (Youtube-Video) und erwischt II)

Die Sache war also doch noch nicht erledigt.
Nachdem Youtube mir zuerst das Audio im Video anlässlich der Geburt Maximilians sperrte (Sinead O´Connor "Nothing compares to you"), bekam ich heute eine zweite e-mail. Mit demselben Inhalt:

Dear YouTube Member:

Universal Music Publishing has claimed some or all audio content in your video Welcome Maximilian. This claim was made as part of the YouTube Content Identification program.

Your video is no longer available because Universal Music Publishing has chosen to block it.

Jetzt allerdings wurde das Video komplett entfernt.
Das famose: "This video is no longer available" erscheint bei Aufruf.
Waehrend ich fuer die Audioblockierung vollstes Verstaendnis hatte, ist mir das hier nun doch zu daemlich. Und das trifft sowohl fuer die Leute bei Universal als auch die bei Youtube zu. Warum ein Video entfernen, dass kein copyrightgeschuetztes Audio mehr besass?

Boykott?
Laecherlich.
Trotzdem habe ich mich jetzt natuerlich mit Alternativen befasst.
Und es gibt sie, wieder fuer beide Faelle.
Selbstverstaendlich ist Youtube bei weitem nicht das einzige Portal, bei dem man seine Videos hochladen und hosten und auf seiner Webseite einbauen (embed)kann.
Ich habe das verschwundene Video betreits woanders abgelegt, allerdings gefaellt mir weder die Qualitaet noch (nach mehrmaligem Hoeren) die neu aufgespielte Musik.
Allerdings ist ein solches Video, wenn es nicht mit Musik unterlegt wird, nur halb so schoen.
Aber es gibt sie, die copyrightfreie Musik.
Das Problem: Es dauert ziemlich lange, bis man das Passende findet, da man die Songs ueblicherweise nicht kennt.
Hier sei jedenfalls eine gute Plattform empfohlen, bei der man trotz allem darauf achten muss, ob nicht teilweise ein paar Rechte geschuetzt sind:
Schlicht und einfach Internet Archive heisst das Portal, der Link fuehrt direkt zur Audioabteilung.
Die meisten Titel kann man u.a. als MP3 im Zipformat herunterladen.
